Maybe you are an out-of-state student new to the city, or maybe you are just looking for a new spot to ramp up your study game. There is no shortage of cafes in Las Vegas, but there are a few hidden gems that you will want to add to your bucket list this Fall.

This Instagram-worthy cafe is sure to raise your spirits. Whether you want to catch up with a friend over brunch or need a spot for your next business lunch, Café Express will not disappoint. Just be sure to snap a cute pic in front of one of their instagram-ready walls before you leave!

Owners Ran Barak and Eliad Suissa crafted a modern vegan and vegetarian menu that tastes as good as a home-cooked meal. For that friend always looking to try something new, the menu is also infused with some Mediterranean dishes with a twist that is sure to delight. You do not want to miss the blue hummus!

If you are heading over for lunch, the warrior bowl or the famous tacos are a great choice. You can also grab an avocado toast, a sweet pastry, a savory boreka or the cake of the day with a side of coffee to fill your Instagram feed.

On the drinks menu, you will find some more surprises that reflect the owners’ creative flair. A rainbow of smoothie options are available. Be sure to try the Halva smoothie, a sweet and savory blend of dates and tahini. Of course, the drinks menu is also populated with some familiar flavors with coffees, hot chocolate, fresh squeezed juice and refreshing iced teas.

They also make your Mondays a bit brighter with their Monday Happy Hour special: buy one, get one free on any coffee all day long. Whether you are looking for the comforts of home or looking to try something new, Café Express is the brunch place you do not want to miss.

If you are from the east coast and new to Las Vegas, you may be surprised to find out that the New York bagel is not as readily available out West as it is when strolling down 5th Ave. in Manhattan. Have no fear, the Bagel Cafe is here!

The name cafe may be deceiving though because you can get everything from your black-and-white cookie, to your cream cheese bagel with lox, or your matzah ball soup. The Bagel Cafe has over 20 types of freshly baked bagels and nearly a dozen types of cream cheese spreads.

They also have a dessert menu with an equally impressive variety of east coast comfort foods. The rainbow cookie is just like the one you used to eat back at your favorite childhood deli, the babka is similar to Lower East Side quality and it does not stop there. You can grab a muffin, danish, scone, brownie, assorted cookies, rugula, mandel bread, bow ties, linzer tarts and so much more!

Whether you are looking for a bagel and schmear or a corned beef on rye, this New York style deli and cafe has it all. They have got you covered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As an added bonus, they also make custom cakes for any occasion. Just head on over to Summerlin to get your bagel fix.
